The Solution:
Installation of a mixture of pre-configured Yealink, dect and desktop VoIP handsets operating over existing broadband connections. The cloud based telephone system has been configured to provide advanced IVR and call routing, with a greeting message announcement, voicemail and full call reporting via a secure on-line portal.
If any changes to any of the call routing are required, these can be implemented in real-time
